How we handle your customers' numbers
Messaging means handling other people's contact details. We keep only what the service needs, and delete it on a schedule.
Message bodies, recipient numbers and receive records are permanently deleted after 30 days. Same on every plan, and the period cannot be extended.
We do not keep the body of incoming messages. Only workspaces that use the Inbox turn it on — and even then it is deleted after 30 days.
Recipient numbers are masked on screen by default. Reveal one at a time when you actually need to check it.
Paste numbers for a one-off send and nothing is saved. Store only the lists you will reuse.
Our privacy policy spells out exactly what is deleted and what is kept (contacts, do-not-send list, text-event entries, and more).
