FAQ

Are there really no per-message fees?

Right. Sending goes through your connected phone's carrier SMS & MMS allowance, and MessageFlow only charges a flat per-device fee. If your plan does not include unlimited messaging, anything beyond your allowance is billed by your carrier — check your plan first.

Is there a monthly send limit?

Paid plans have no cap from us. Carrier anti-spam policy applies a per-device daily limit (roughly a few hundred).

What number do messages come from?

Each device (phone) sends from its own SIM number — not a shared sender ID.

Cancellation & refunds?

Cancel anytime. Your first payment is fully refundable within 7 days if you have sent 30 messages or fewer (new-signup guarantee). Otherwise we refund the unused portion pro rata.
